I’m going to be honest with you, I had no intentions of buying this palette but after months of constantly seeing this palette blow up on the internet and instagram, I impulsively decided to bite the bullet and buy it.
This is my first purchase from the brand Morphe, so I was very curious how the quality would be. I mainly bought this product for the bright colors, in the last row, as I don’t own very many “fun” colors.
This palette costed a total of $35.98 (with the tax), which I think is an incredible deal for 28 eyeshadows ranging from matte to shimmer!

The eyeshadows swatch beautifully on my arm but unfortunately when it comes to actually applying them on my eyes, it just isn’t the same.
Most of the shimmery shades hardly show up at all on me, even with applying it with my fingers, which normally makes shimmery shades appear more vibrant. The matte shades are more pigmented but have a chalky consistency.

Luckily, the last row is one of the more pigmented rows and it was the main reason I bought this palette. I wondered if I got a bad batch because it sounds like a lot of people love their palettes. But with that said, I still plan on trying more from Morphe, especially their brushes and plus its really nice that their products are so affordable!
