Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to my new favorite eye shadow palette!
This is the Too Faced, Chocolate Bar palette. I’ve been eyeing this palette for a while now and I was lucky enough to receive it for Christmas.
This palette retails for $49
Now for the funny part. The packaging is actually a tin, chocolate bar shaped palette!
Some people will probably find this extremely strange and unecessary, but I personally think its fun and unique.
You also get a little tutorial booklet.
Each time you open the palette you get a whiff of chocolate too (it says it is made with 100% cocoa powder)
For some reason the swatches don’t look that great but these eye shadows are super pigmented!! Way past my expectations. You get 16 shades, both matte and shimmery. Each shade applies with a really nice buttery texture, making blending almost effortless.
I like to use the shade “White Chocolate” to set my eye shadow primer and I LOVE using “Salted Carmel” as my transition shade. It creates the most beautiful warm, but neutral-toned haze around the eyes.
Honestly I could go on forever about how beautiful each color is but you must try it for yourself! It is definitely well worth the price.
Now I’m dying to try out their new “Semi-Sweet” Chocolate Bar palette!
